TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment is due within thirty (30) days from date of invoice unless prepayment has been requested.
2. Breach of these payment terms may result in your 30 day account being withdrawn.
3. Title to the property will remain with Guru Labels and shall not pass to the buyer until the property has been paid for in full.
4. If the buyer fails to pay for the goods within the payment terms set out above, then Guru Labels may recover possession of the goods at any site owned, possessed or controlled by the buyer and the buyer agrees that Guru Labels has an irrevocable license to do so.
5. In the event of Guru Labels having to recover monies owed, all costs associated with debt collection and recovery of goods will be passed onto the buyer.
6. The delivery times made known to the buyer are estimates only and Guru Labels is not liable for late delivery.
7. The contract for sale of the goods is made within the state of New South Wales and the parties submit all disputes arising between them to the courts of New South Wales.

Please note: accounts that are to be settled by credit card must take place within our trading terms of 30 days from invoice date. I agree to the terms above and I authorise for the above order to proceed.
